Pricing

All prices shown on our web site EXCLUDE the current NL VAT at 21%.Every effort is made to ensure all of the prices on our website are correct. We are not responsible for any errors that occur. If an error is found before your order is processed we will notify you as soon as we can.

Customers resident out side the European Union.We will not charge VAT/TAX on your order, However please note that you may be liable to pay your own customs taxes on arrival of the goods.

 

Shipping/Postage Charges

Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. We automatically use the most cost effective shipping method available via UPS.

Overseas customers: Please see shipping for an explanation of how our overseas postage is calculated. Again we will automatically use the most cost effective shipping method via UPS. If you wish to be quoted for shipping charges prior to ordering, please email us a list of the parts you need.

 

Refunds

We aim to satisfy all customers. If however we have supplied the incorrect part or the quality is not to your satisfaction, Kindly contact us so that we can arrange to have the part returned for a full refund or replacement.

CancellationsWe can cancel any order up to the point of despatch provided there are no special ordered parts within your order. To cancel special ordered parts may involve a handling charge of 20% as we will be liable for this from our suppliers.

 

Returns

Any parts that are being returned must be unused and still in their original packing. Electrical components are non-returnable. Please see our contact details for returns address. Returned goods which were correctly supplied by us will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

 

Damaged or missing parts

Any claim for damage or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
